Read and get to know how he narrates ‘I will love Once Again’.
A fresh-out-of-college engineer who is facing the wrath of recession as he receives an offer letter after a year of waiting is thrilled to leave the city and move out to a new place, to be away from his love, and positively, to find love again.
The story is based majorly in Pune and it was a delight as I could relate to the places, except that some places have been misspelled terribly. Krishna moves to Pune for the training course of the company he is recruited to before being allotted on a full-fledged project. He is still in love with his ex-girlfriend, who is now engaged to be married to someone else, and hopes that he will find love once again. But every time he meets the odd end as either the girls are committed, married or engaged. He seems to search for Preity’s traits in every girl that he meets and expects them to behave like Preity. Well, the void can never be filled and he is left all alone with memories of his past. Finally a girl does fall in love with him, what happens next is the only surprise.
The book is a fun read for relative situations in life, be it the pranks with friends, getting late for sessions and cooking up weird excuses, bonding with flatmates, cutting cakes for silly reasons and so on. Extremely simple language is used.
The story-line was very predictable. Editing errors and constant switching between present and past without proper cut-offs made it difficult to understand the plot.
A light read, nothing extraordinary. (2.5/5)
